What are the shipping cost?

  • Spain, Balearic Islands: Free shipping always. 
  • Canary Islands: 4,50€ or free on orders over 39€. 
  • Ceuta and Melilla: 6€ or free on orders over 39€.
  • Europe: 4,50€ or free on orders over 39€.
  • UK: 4,50€ or free on orders over 39€.
  • Countries outside the European Union: 10€ or free on orders over 39€.
  • Africa: 15€. 
  • Asia: 25€.
  • North America: 6,50 € or free on orders over 39€.
  • Central America / Antilles / South America: 27€.
  • Oceania: 30€. 

*In countries with customs, additional customs costs may be charged from time to time.

When will I receive my order?

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): You will have your order at home within 24/48 hours.
  • Canary Islands: You will be able to enjoy your order within 8 to 14 days.
  • From elsewhere in the EUROPEAN UNION or from ANY OTHER COUNTRY: We will arrive within 5 to 9 days.

You must take into account that...

  • Orders placed during weekends, holidays or vigils, will be handled the next working day.
  • Exception! At specific times that coincide with promotional periods and / or sales, the delivery time may vary, we will always inform you!

Where is my order?

You can always know where your order is. How? As soon as shipment is sent from our offices, you will receive an email with the delivery tracking number so that you can track your order through the Correos Express website.

Can I choose when my order is delivered?

As a rule, deliveries by Correos Express are always made on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. But if you want to ensure a delivery time slot, you can write to us and we will manage it! You just have to send us an email to info@hairgrant.com with your prefieres time so that we can organize delivery with Correos Express / UPS.

 

I was not at home on the day of delivery, what do I have to do?

If at the time of delivery you are not at the address you indicated, do not worry, it can happen! In these cases, both Correos Express and UPS will try to locate you at the contact number that you have given us. In case of not being able to contact you, they will schedule the shipment for the next day. 

If you have questions or doubts, here we are! You can contact us by writing an email to info@hairgrant.com and we will provide you with all the information you need.

If Correos Express has made several unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, it will be left at the nearest post office to your home. If you do not pick it up within the time limit set by Correos Express, the order will be returned to our factory and you will have to pay the new shipping costs.

Can I change the address after placing the order?

It is important that you check the delivery address when ordering to make sure it is correct. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order begins its course. In case you made a mistake when putting it, you can send us an email to info@hairgrant.com and we will try to find a solution.

Can I return a product?

We have a flexible return policy so if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from its delivery and we will issue you the corresponding refund. Remember to always notify the return by sending us an email to info@hairgrant.com and indicating:

  • The order number
  • Your full name

We will always respond to this email detailing how to proceed. 

When can you return a product?

If you want to return your order for reasons not attributable to hair grant, such as, for example, that you have changed your mind or that you have made a mistake when making the purchase, you can do so. You just have to send us the product in perfect condition (just as you received it) and, once it reaches our warehouse, we will proceed to refund all payments received, except for shipping and return shipping costs.

In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to hair grant because the product was defective or there was an error in the reference purchased, we will take care of picking up the order and send you the correct products. In this case, we will take care of the shipping and return costs. In order to proceed with this replacement, it is important that you send us an email to info@hairgrant.com informing us of what happened. 

If the product produces an allergic reaction on the scalp, in no case will it be considered a cause attributable to hair grant. There are many natural ingredients that can cause this type of reaction depending on your skin, so it is not considered a consequence of the product but of the type of skin.
