How to use olive oil on hair

To get all the benefits of olive oil for your hair, it is important to know how and when to use it. Our recommendation is that, once a week, you apply it at night, beginning at the roots until the ends (yes, without fear). Then tie your hair in a ponytail to go to sleep. It will be like making your own homemade hair mask. The next step is VERY IMPORTANT! The next day, wash your hair twice and let the shampoo work for 2 minutes. This way you will ensure the elimination of any remaining olive oil. The result? Healthy and shiny hair all week.

If you do not have this time or do not finish trusting this advice because you think it will grease your hair, (although we can promise you that this will not happen. It is a false myth and your hair will feel nourished and soft), we recommend that you try more traditional methods. One of them is to use hair products made from olive oil. Here are some examples.
