Detox recipe to purify your hair

In this sense, Alba has prepared a super effective detox recipe: a salad with grapefruit and rosemary, which are two ideal ingredients to purify the scalp if you have oily hair.

Citrus salad 

Ingredients:

  • Lamb's lettuce, spinach, arugula.
  • Avocado.
  • Grapefruit and orange.
  • Sesame seeds.
  • EVOO, salt and rosemary.

Preparation:

  • Then, cut the avocado in slices lengthwise and add them.
  • Cut the grapefruit and orange into slices and add them to the salad.
